Pastor’s Corner 2/5/2012

  Welcome to Ronceverte Baptist Church, it is great to have you here today.  We trust that if you are visiting you will find our church family is made up of many wonderful people who love God and one another. Please come and take a part in all of our services and ministries that the Lord has entrusted to us.  

   I want to praise God for the good offerings we had for the month of January.  I want to let you know that when we give to God what we owe in tithes and offerings He promises to us many blessing in Luke 6:38. Jesus said Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.  If you do not practice tithing may I ask you to put God’s word to the test for six months.  After six months compare the results, I would like to hear the answer.  I already know what they will be.

    God has certainly blessed us with wonderful weather this winter.  I look forward to warmer temperatures for some reason the heat helps my sore bones.

   I trust the message today will speak to each of our hearts. Please be obedient to God's will for your life.  When we are in His will how happy and enjoyable life truly is.
